To begin the lesson; our driver will pick you to our guest house to be introduced to its owners and chefs. Then, discuss the dish options and pick one to start COOKING.
We will first go to the souk (local market) in order to buy all the ingredients needed for the dish. Going back to the guest house; you will begin discovering the secrets as well as tips of the Moroccan cuisine.
After that; start following your accompanied chef as he/she will help you to make a beautiful Moroccan dish. We will then gather to enjoy a lovely lunch tasting your own handmade dish. This lovely gathering will not end without having a cup of Moroccan mint tea with the friendly Fasi house owners. Moroccoeasytravel also offer you recipes written on paper to take it with you.
